Payment must be made in US Dollars.
All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise specified or you supply a valid
shipping account.
A Handling Fee of $2.50 per box will be charged to all domestic orders.
Express options
Express options (i.e. Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day is available.) If you would like to ship express
please call us at 1-800-799-7422, or write in your customer notes on your order. Please note that express shipping
rates are not included during checkout. You will be contacted with shipping options once your order is
packaged and ready for shipment. If at the time you’re contacted with the shipping rates you choose to
cancel the order, a cancellation fee will be charged based on your order value. If you opt to ship Ground
there will be no cancellation charge.
Shipping Rates
Shipping Rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, shipping location and shipping
method; therefore, orders must be packaged and processed to determine cost. Oversized Items can
incur additional shipping charges.
Sometimes the shipping amount that is estimated on your order at checkout will be lower than
the actual cost of shipping. If this occurs one of our customer representatives will contact you
with the additional amount.
Address intercepts (i.e. changes, additions, forgotten information) are subject to an $11.00 fee.
International Shipping
For shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states feel free to place your order online, call us at 1-800-
799-7422 or 802-254-7422, contact by email at info@culturalintrigue.com or fax your order to 802-254-
2320.
- Please note that shipping rates are not included during checkout. The amount shown during checkout is your agreement to our cancellation policy.
You will be contacted with shipping options once your order is packaged and ready for shipment. Shipping rates do
not include international duties, taxes, fees or refused shipping charges. These fees are your
responsibility.
- No returns or exchanges will be done for international orders.
- Damages should be reported to our Customer Service Department. Credit will be applied to your
account.
If at the time you’re contacted with the shipping rates you choose to cancel the order a cancellation fee
will be charged based on your order value.
A handling fee of $3.50 per box for international orders.
Future Ship Dates
If your order is placed online for items currently available and you submit a request a future shipping date we will be glad to prepare and store your order within our warehouse.
At the time of storage your card will be charged for the merchandise and estimated shipping amount given to you at the time of checkout.
Once your ship date has arrived we will contact you if the actual amount of shipping is over the original estimated amount. Your approval must be given as well as a credit card verification code in order for us to ship.
For these orders damage claims and returns will reference the date the order actually shipped, not the date of invoice.
Cancellation Policy
This applies to orders that are cancelled after they are packaged and processed. Orders under $250.00
will incur a $25.00 fee. Orders $250 and over will incur a $50.00 fee.
All backorders will be shipped without notification, if within 60 days of original ship date.
Drop Shipping
We do offer drop shipping. Drop Ship Orders have a $50.00 minimum.
