Returns & Claims
- New policy! Free Returns!
That's right; we now pay the return shipping costs on all returns within the continental US. If you are
sending a return and are outside the contiguous 48 states or have an oversized item (i.e., 30" lantern or larger)
you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Claims must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused and in all original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of opened paper lanterns, daisies, or garlands.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns after 10 days, unauthorized returns,
or refused merchandise.
