  1. How do I register?

    Click the Login Button.

    Register as a new customer.

    Fill out all of the information on the Create an Account page.
    Please include your resale, tax id or business license number. If this information is not included it may take more time for your account to be approved to view the wholesale pricing. We will contact you to get your resale, tax id or business license if it is not included with your registration information.

  2.   How do I know when I can view wholesale prices and order online?
    Once you’ve hit the Create Account button we will be sent your information. A representative will review your information and approve you for wholesale price view and online ordering. You’ll receive an email letting you know that your login has been approved. Once your access has been approved you can log back in or refresh your page and you’ll be viewing and ordering in no time!

  3.   What if I do not want to order online?
    Orders can still be placed by phone, email or fax. Please feel free to contact us at info@culturalintrigue.com
    1-800-799-7422 option 1 at the main menu or fax to 1-802-254-2320. If you send your order by fax or email please check in with us to make sure it was received.

  4.   I have ordered with Cultural Intrigue before. What do I do if you have all my information but have never placed an order online?
    If you’ve placed orders with us before and you believe we have your information on file please still fill out the registration information and create an account if you haven’t already. This will help us validate what we have on file and ensure better service to you.

  5.   My company has NET terms. Can an online order be processed without a credit card?
    If your company has been verified and approved for NET terms there is an option available when checking out to have your order charged to your account.
    If you do not have terms and would like to apply please contact us to get an application.
